ProxyFlux grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our free proxy list and network tools for your personal, academic, or commercial network analysis workflows. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using any proxy IP from our database to perform cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, SQL injections, or coordinate malicious actions.
• Using our list to distribute spam emails, bypass legal bans, or violate the service terms of third-party platforms.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operations of ProxyFlux servers or run excessive scraping loops that threaten service stability.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our proxy list and diagnostic network utilities are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

ProxyFlux does not warrant that:

• The proxy servers listed will be 100% secure, online, or free of connection latency at all times.
• The physical location, ISP information, or anonymity categorization is 100% accurate, as proxies are dynamic and third-party databases may contain outdated metrics.
• The service will operate continuously without temporary disruptions.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProxyFlux, nor its owners, operators, partners, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the listed proxy servers.
• Any third-party content or service actions routed through the proxy nodes.
• Any security vulnerabilities, server blocks, or performance limitations encountered while using proxy resources.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the timestamp at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
